Tasks and Responsibilities
- •Respond to customers on-site, by phone, or on social media
- •Conduct renewal follow-ups
- •Assist customers in the purchase and ordering process
- •Explain models and their specific features
- •Encourage test drives
- •Prepare transaction proposals
- •Ensure coordination of transactions with financial managers and the service department
Requirements
- •Successful sales experience, ideally in automotive sales
- •High-performing, organized, rigorous, and diligent in managing your schedule
- •Comfortable with computer tools
