Tasks and Responsibilities
- •Respond to customers in person, over the phone, or on social media
- •Conduct renewal follow-ups
- •Assist customers in the purchase and ordering process
- •Explain models and their features
- •Encourage test drives
- •Make transaction proposals
- •Ensure coordination of transactions with financial directors and service
Requirements
- •Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive sales
- •Efficient, organized, meticulous, diligent in managing your schedule
- •Comfortable with computer tools
