Spacious interior and cargo space
The completely redesigned Impreza features a spacious interior with ample room for 5 adults.
In the rear, occupants benefit from generous headroom, while the 60/40 split bench folds flatter than before, providing a surprising maximum cargo volume of 1,586 liters - among the most generous in the compact hatchback class.
The dynamic SUBARU® BOXER engine
Two direct-injection SUBARU BOXER® engines are available, depending on the model selected. The Convenience and Touring versions are equipped with a 2.0 L, 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated engine, while the RS and Sport-tech models hide a 2.5 L, 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated engine under their hoods.
These 2 mills boast advanced features such as active double-valve control, as well as weight-reduction measures. With low emissions and outstanding fuel efficiency, they also deliver lively acceleration and unrivalled driving pleasure. Both are equipped with the Lineartronic® CVT gearbox and, from the Touring version upwards, the SI-DRIVE® engine management system with fuel-saving Intelligent (I) mode and ultra-responsive Sport (S) mode.
Advanced LED headlamps
All versions of the new Impreza come with directional LED headlamps as standard, providing a superior level of visibility in all circumstances; they activate automatically in low light conditions and switch off as soon as the ignition is switched off.
And when the vehicle is negotiating a bend, these directional headlights adjust the beam so that it follows the vehicle's trajectory. Finally, High Beam Assist (HBA) comes as standard, automatically switching from low to high beam when the situation calls for it.
SUBARU infotainment system
Impreza Convenience offers a 7” dual-screen infotainment system, compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and SiriusXM.
The Touring and RS versions, meanwhile, offer a system with an 11.6” screen, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM, and SUBARU STARLINK® (subscription required). In addition, the Impreza RS features a 10-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. Finally, the Sport-tech version is equipped with an 11.6” screen infotainment and navigation system, and also features what3words GPS navigation, a Harman Kardon audio system and a SUBARU STARLINK® trial subscription.
